Yorkshire maintained their 100 per cent winning record at the top of the Darts Corner UKDA National League Premiership, with a narrow 19-17 victory away at Warwickshire in October.
The 2024-25 Premiership champions followed up their 30-6 win at home to Suffolk on the opening month of the campaign with an away-day victory at the Hen Lane and District Social Club.
Jamie Hughes (101.26) was the top performer for the home side in their first match of the season, but it was Yorkshire who prevailed with Alex Jacques (89.73) securing the 19th and decisive point for the visitors.
Premiership newcomers West Midlands continued their unbeaten start with an impressive 23-13 win away at Suffolk.
The visitors opened up a 13-5 overnight lead at the Kesgrave Social Club, before man of the match Shaun Carroll (95.43) got his side over the line with plenty of games to spare.
Elsewhere in the UKDA’s top tier, Lancashire’s title defence began with a 19-17 defeat away at Dorset.
Development Tour star Jack Drayton almost struck perfection in the fifth leg of his match against Jay Anderson, hitting back-to-back 180s and missing double 12 for a 141 checkout.

Lincolnshire started their Premiership campaign with a 22-14 win away at Glamorgan.

Glamorgan rallied from 16-9 behind with five wins on the spin to close the gap to 16-14, before Lincolnshire claimed the final six games to run out comfortable winners.

Leicestershire made it two wins from two to maintain their grip on top spot in the Championship after winning 24-12 at Sussex.
The Division One champions raced into a 13-5 overnight lead and never looked back, picking up a further 11 points to hand Sussex their first defeat of the season.
Hampshire climbed up to second place and to within four points of the summit after a comprehensive 28-8 victory at home against Kent.
Meanwhile, London, Gwent and Middlesex also picked up their first wins of the 2025-26 season, all by a narrow 19-17 scoreline.
At the start of October, London overturned an 11-7 deficit to beat Glamorgan, who had the standout performer in PDC tour card holder Nick Kenny (108.99).
A few weeks later, Kenny starred for Gwent again by winning the 36th and decisive game to help his side beat Cornwall 19-17.
The match between Middlesex and Hertfordshire also went down to the wire, with Jake Eichen securing Middlesex a 19-17 victory on home turf.
In Division One, Salopian are still the early front runners after extending their winning record to 2-0 after beating Oxfordshire 23-13 away from home.

Nottinghamshire are the early pace setters in Division Three after starting their season with a commanding 28-8 win at home against West of England.
The home side cruised into a 16-2 overnight lead before picking up an extra 12 points to go top of the table after the first round of fixtures.
Cumbria also made the most of a strong start as they ran out 21-15 winners at home to Buckinghamshire, while County Durham won 19-17 at Northumberland in a match that swung back and forth as County Durham led 15-11 before trailing 16-15 and then winning the next four games to get over the line.
